- Digital patient charting and x-ray imaging, reducing 95% of standard radiation emissions and significantly reducing paper usage
- Energy efficient lighting, equipment and appliances
- Extensive use of recycled and eco-friendly office supplies, detergents and materials
- Comprehensive inter-office recycling program

345 California Center is proud to announce that it has been awarded the LEED® Gold Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the USGBC's rating system for designing, constructing and operating the world?s greenest, most energy efficient and high performing buildings. Achieving the LEED® Gold Certification is an accomplishment that reflects the vision and commitment of the Building Ownership, and the determination of the Cushman & Wakefield Management and the Building Engineering Team.
